  • Your number and WhatsApp messages are handled by our team, possibly with the help of an automated assistant.   • Purpose and legal basis: answering your request, which you start (steps taken at your request before any contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); the launch message relies on your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • We message you when ARVEA opens in France ONLY if you explicitly ask by writing "Notify me" in the conversation. This is separate and optional: answering your questions never depends on it.
  • Retention: 12 months after your last message; if you asked to be notified, until the France opening and at most 31 December 2028.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection — write to [email protected] or in the same WhatsApp conversation. You may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
