ARVEA Hub (arveahub.com) is an affiliate marketing intelligence platform operated for ARVEA cosmetics partners. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data We Collect

• Account information: Partner ID, name, and contact details provided during registration.
• Messaging data: Messages sent via WhatsApp, Telegram, or the web chat to provide AI-assisted product support.
• Usage data: Pages visited, search queries, and feature usage to improve the platform.
• Device data: Browser type, IP address, and language preference.

2.1 Cookies and Tracking

Our public website uses a small number of cookies and third-party tracking tags. Each is classified into one of four categories — see our tracking taxonomy for the complete inventory.

Essential (always active)

• Session and CSRF cookies. Required for the site to work and to protect form submissions.
• Partner referral cookie (arvea_ref). When you arrive via a partner's referral link (e.g. ?ref=TN12345678), we store a small cookie for up to 30 days so the right partner is credited for your order or signup. This cookie is essential to the affiliate program and does not track your browsing on other sites.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used to measure page views and understand how visitors use the site. GA4 loads only when we have configured a measurement ID.

Marketing

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) is used for audience building on paid campaigns. Meta Pixel loads only when we have configured a pixel ID.

Consent

We are rolling out a first-visit consent control that lets you turn off Analytics and Marketing tracking. Until that control ships, the Essential cookies above are always set, and Analytics/Marketing tags fire when they are configured. You can block Analytics and Marketing scripts at any time using your browser's privacy settings.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide AI-powered product search and partner support.
• Send notifications about orders, commissions, and promotions.

4. WhatsApp Messaging

When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by our AI assistant to provide product information and support. We store conversation history to maintain context and improve service quality. We do not share your WhatsApp data with third parties except Meta (as required by the WhatsApp Business Platform).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• ARVEA: Order and commission data as part of the affiliate program.
• Service providers: Hosting (Hostinger), database (Supabase), and AI services (OpenAI, Google) under strict data processing agreements.
• Meta: WhatsApp Business Platform as required for messaging functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your partner account is active. Messaging data is retained for 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.
