ARVEA Hub (arveahub.com) is an affiliate marketing intelligence platform operated for ARVEA cosmetics partners. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Our public website uses a small number of cookies and third-party tracking tags. Each one is listed below, grouped into Essential, Analytics and Marketing.

When you arrive via a partner's referral link (e.g. ?ref=TN12345678), we store a small cookie for up to 30 days so the right partner is credited for your order or signup. This cookie is essential to the affiliate program and does not track your browsing on other sites.Google Analytics 4 is used to measure page views and understand how visitors use the site. GA4 loads only when we have configured a measurement ID.
Microsoft Clarity is used to see how our public pages are actually used — which sections people read, where they scroll to, and where a page confuses them. Clarity records a replay of your interaction with the page (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and taps) and aggregates it into heatmaps. Clarity masks input-box and dropdown values in your browser before upload. Text displayed elsewhere on a page may still be recorded unless it is separately masked, so we do not run Clarity at all on the pages that display personal details — the referral and invitation pages, partner share pages, the quiz, and any page carrying our chat assistant. Information you submit through our forms is of course still processed by ARVEA, as described elsewhere in this policy. Clarity runs on our public marketing pages only, never inside the partner dashboard or any signed-in area, and only after you have accepted Analytics tracking. Microsoft may use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) is used for audience building on paid campaigns. Meta Pixel loads only when we have configured a pixel ID.
TikTok Pixel is used to measure and build audiences for TikTok campaigns. TikTok Pixel loads only when we have configured a pixel ID.
Analytics and Marketing tags load only after you accept them on the first-visit consent banner. Until you accept, only the Essential cookies above are set. You can reopen the consent panel at any time from the link at the bottom of any public page, and you can block Analytics and Marketing scripts at any time using your browser's privacy settings. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, Analytics and Marketing tags do not load at all, whatever the banner says.
When you withdraw consent, we ask Microsoft Clarity, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to revoke it — which also asks Clarity to clear its own cookies — and then, once your choice has been saved, we reload the page, after which the Analytics and Marketing tags are not served again. Cookies set by the other tags may remain in your browser until they expire or you clear them using your browser's privacy settings. If we cannot reach our site to record your choice — for example if your connection drops — we tell you so on the page instead of reporting success, and ask you to try again. Your consent choice is kept in a cookie in your browser; we do not keep a separate copy of it.
When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by our AI assistant to provide product information and support. We store conversation history to maintain context and improve service quality. We do not sell your WhatsApp data. It is shared only with Meta (as required by the WhatsApp Business Platform) and with the service providers listed below (hosting, database, AI services) that process it on our behalf.
